This is a men's choir from a different Walpurgis Night. The caps the men are wearing, are so called student's caps. You can buy a cap like that, when you graduate from the Swedish senior high school, and it's custom that the men's choirs wear their student's caps when they sing at the Walpurgis celebration. Just in case you wonder what "Rådhus" means, I can tell you it means "town hall". This men's choir happened to sing outside the town hall.
